Onkydra is a perturbation lab for rare cancer. An academic lab subscribes for itself, at a provisional €300 a month for the whole lab. When a foundation buys workspaces in bulk for the grantees it already funds, every grantee gets a full workspace, set up with us directly, and every quarter the foundation gets an impact report we compile across the whole cohort. Self-serve seat claiming, the foundation dashboard, and automatic sponsor attribution on exports are in build, not yet live.
The foundations this is built for: ChadTough, DIPG Advocacy, and Cure JM-aligned programmes. One indication library is live today, H3 K27M DMG within a stated scope, so DMG-funded grantees can start now and any other indication is curated first.

A cross-grantee impact report
Active grantees, targets prioritised, indications covered, and most-cited resistance pathways, compiled by us and sent to you. Aggregated, never individual-analysis-level, unless the grantee opts in. The self-serve foundation dashboard is in build, not yet live, as are drift alerts.
ATTRIBUTION
Sponsor credit, agreed in the proposal
We agree the attribution wording with you and credit it in what we publish about the programme. Carrying "Sponsored by [Foundation]" automatically in every memo header, citation footer, and JSON export bundle is in build, not yet live. Programme + Endowed tiers include a co-branded methodology page.

Three ladders, one workspace per grantee.
Seat count is the axis, and sponsorship is scoped and quoted per programme. Every tier includes the impact reporting and the agreed attribution wording, with the self-serve foundation dashboard and automatic per-memo attribution in build, not yet live. Programme adds a named cohort pack; Endowed adds custom parameterisation and a co-branded methodology page.
Provisional pricing. The per-seat rates were withdrawn and not yet replaced, so sponsorship is quoted per programme until it is rebuilt on the academic tier.

All prices exclude EU VAT where applicable. Onkydra charges the foundation, not the individual researcher, and seats are reassigned at any time by asking us (a foundation admin who can reassign them without us is in build, not yet live). Bespoke tier configurations are available for programmes that don't fit the three ladders above.
FOUNDATION FAQ
The questions foundation programme officers ask first.
- Who claims the seats?
- The foundation tells us who the grantees are and we set up each workspace directly, one per grantee, under their own email. Each grantee keeps their own data and controls their own runs. The workspace is single-user at present; there is no team or seat model behind it, so self-serve claiming with a private invite code is in build, not yet live. Until it lands, we report back which workspaces are active and the aggregated portfolio of targets and indications, not the contents of individual runs.
- What if a grantee's programme ends?
- Tell us, and we set up a workspace for the incoming grantee in its place. The departing grantee keeps their own account and run history, and can carry it to an academic-lab subscription of their own if they want. The workspace is single-user at present; there is no team or seat model behind it, so one-click reassignment by a foundation admin is in build, not yet live.
- How is the impact report scoped?
- We compile it by hand from the sponsored workspaces, aggregated across all active grantees: counts of targets run per indication, which targets the mechanistic layer could answer and which it abstained on, and the resistance pathways that surfaced most often. It does not surface individual grantees' raw analyses without their explicit consent. The self-serve version of the same figures, in a foundation dashboard, is in build and not yet live.
- Do you sign a foundation-branded DPA?
- Yes. Our standard DPA template applies to Programme and Endowed engagements. The sub-processor register is at /subprocessors. For endowed engagements we can add a foundation-specific Annex covering attribution and reporting protocols.
- Can seats include the cohort-pack add-ons?
- Programme and Endowed include the foundation's primary indication as a bundled cohort pack for every grantee. One indication is live today, H3 K27M DMG within a stated scope, so any other primary indication is curated before grantees can select it. Grantees who want to add a second indication use the Programme tier, billed to their own workspace. Curating an indication means building and verifying its anchor cohort, its regulatory network and its screen evidence, then stating what is missing, so it is scoped work rather than a monthly add-on.
- How does invoicing work?
- Sponsorship is quoted per programme, so invoicing is agreed in the proposal. When it is rebuilt on the academic tier, the intent is that Impact runs as a monthly card or SEPA subscription, and Programme and Endowed as annual invoicing on NET-30 terms. There is no prepay discount to describe yet, because the per-seat rates were withdrawn rather than repriced, for the reason stated above the tiers.
